Whole canary seeds are used to make granola bars, salads, and other dishes. It is tasty and healthy because of its nutty flavor, and it is also gluten-free and high in protein. Its taste profile makes it an excellent ingredient in cereal. Food processors will also mill it into flour to make bread, cookies, and pasta.
