Faba beans are essential to a sustainable farming ecosystem because of its ability to introduce nitrogen back into the soil. It is beneficial to the environment in crop rotations.

We grow two types of faba beans—tannin and low tannin. Tannin variety is for human consumption, and low tannin is for livestock feed.

The tannin variety for human consumption is gluten-free, low-fat, high-fiber, high-protein. It also contains other nutrients, such as thiamin, vitamins k and B6, potassium, selenium, copper, zinc, magnesium, and iron.
