Oats
Canada supplies one-third of the World's oats consumption. With Carpere's processes, we can produce oats at a much higher bushels/acre ratio. We can produce at around 104.4 bushels/acre while the market can only produce at approximately 94 bushels/acre.
Our oats also contain many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The most notable nutrient is called beta-glucan, which helps lower blood cholesterol and regulate blood sugar levels.
