Durum

Wheat is the most consumed crop on the market and its consumption is anticipated to rise over the next ten to fifteen years. Carpere farmers are growing Amber Colored Durum, known for strength, complex flavor, beautiful golden color and some of the highest protein content of any varietal. These crops are then milled and ground down to produce semolina, a key ingredient for bread and pasta.
