The Morrison Group office is located at the intersection of No. 3 and Bridgeport Road in downtown Richmond. The landmark River Rock Casino and Sky Station are located 300 meters to the North. Vancouver International Airport is only 5 minutes’ drive away.

Kingsway Student Apartment

This project is a six-floor, 101 units student apartment located at 2153-2199, Kingsway, Vancouver.

Agriculture Tourism Institute

The project site will be located in the delta, 15 minutes’ drive from Richmond, which is the way of the ferry from Richmond to Victoria.

Richmond Bridgeport Hotel & Office

The project will be located in the downtown area of Richmond, with No.3 Road in the west, Sexsmith Road in the east and Bridgeport in the south. The project covers an area of approximately 1 acre and consists of a 111,220 square foot hotel and a 37,000 square foot office building.
